Job summary

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is recruiting Installation Electricians to install and commission 3‑phase metering and energy control systems at commercial sites across the UK. The role involves regular travel and overnight stays, with full training and ongoing career development.

You must be a qualified Electrician with experience in commercial installations, 3‑phase systems, and a valid UK driving licence. A company van is provided after induction and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience working on commercial electrical installations.
• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to travel nationwide and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Install 3-phase metering and energy control systems at commercial premises.
• Carry out installation, commissioning and testing of equipment.
• Support technical teams with on-site energy monitoring and analysis.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK, including regular overnight stays.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and stock levels.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current electrical regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

The Role

The role involves regular travel and overnight stays, working closely with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality installations.
