About your team:

About your role:

We need Electricians to join our team of experienced Field Engineers to ensure our customers receive prompt assistance. Being there for our customers is our priority, and you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Service Promise of same-day fixes.

Base salary: £39,797 with uncapped OTE — a realistic expectation of £54,991 through our reward scheme.

As a British Gas Electrician, you will bring extensive experience in domestic electrical work, including fault finding, installation, and rewires (minimum 2 years’ qualified experience). Your customer service skills and problem-solving ability will enable you to diagnose defects and work safely to achieve first-time fixes, while promoting British Gas products and services through professional advice.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 Technical Certificate, including the NET AM2 certificate.
• Evidence of experience in the electrical industry.
• Up-to-date City & Guilds 2382 - B.S. 7671 IET Wiring regulations certificate.
• Desirable: City & Guilds 2391.52 (or equivalent).
