Job summary

Algeco UK is looking for an electrician to complete electrical installations in modular units and ensure they are safe and compliant with BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations. You will perform installations, alterations and modifications in new and existing units.

Applicants should have a recognised electrical apprenticeship, JIB/ECS Gold card, and 2391 Testing with AM2. You will join a collaborative branch team and follow Algeco policies and procedures to deliver high-quality, safe

Qualifications

• Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• JIB / ECS Approved (Gold card).
• 2391 Inspection & Testing.
• AM2 qualification.
• Becoming established within the branch team and adhering to Algeco policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Installation/alteration/modification in new and existing units.
• Assist in preparation of units before rental.
• Inspection, testing and certification in compliance with BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations.

PURPOSE

To complete electrical installations and ensure they are safe and fit for purpose in compliance with 18 th edition of the wiring regulations.

• Assist in preparation of units before going out for rental
• Inspection, Testing and certification in compliance with BS7671 18 th edition wiring regulations

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Work Experience

• Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship
• JIB / ECS Approved (Gold card)
• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• AM2
• To become established within the branch team and be aware of Algeco policies and standard operating procedures relevant to task, ensuring all required paperwork is completed i.e. testing certification
