Job summary

Algeco UK Limited in Aylesbury is seeking an electrical installer to complete installations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance under the 18th edition Wiring Regulations.

The role includes testing, inspection, and hands‑on electrical work to keep cabins operational and maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• JIB/ECS Gold Card is required.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing certification required.
• AM2 qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Installation/alteration/modification in new and existing units.
• Assist in preparation of units before going out for rental.
• Direct supervision of Electrical labourers.

Education

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week.

Salary: Competitive

PURPOSE

To complete electrical installations and ensure they are safe and compliant with the 18th edition of the wiring regulations. In addition to testing and inspecting, the right candidate will also assist with day-to-day electrical work on the cabins, ensuring all systems are operational and maintained to a high standard.
