Job summary

GO MODULAR is seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Electrician for a well-established company in Totton, Southampton. You will work on domestic properties and commercial buildings, with some site work and overnight stays occasionally.

Requirements include NVQ Level 3, 2391 testing, and 18th Edition. You should have at least two years of trade experience and a clean driving license.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection or equivalent.
• PREFERRED 18th Edition Electrical Regulations.
• Minimum two years of trade experience.
• Knowledge of materials and methods used in building and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Installation of 1st & 2nd fix electrical, including Smart Home Systems where specified.
• Installation of TV & Data cabling.
• Electrical Maintenance of the factory.

Job description

GO MODULAR is seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Electrician with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to work for a well-established company in Totton, Southampton.

You must have relevant qualifications and broad experience in your core trade with additional experience and capability to complete tasks outside your core competency. You will be working within a manufacturing environment, producing domestic properties and commercial buildings. The majority of your time will be at the company premises, but some site work is required in preparation and during the installation of modules. You must have a clean driver's license and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.

Key Activities:

• Installation of 1st & 2nd fix electrical, including Smart Home Systems where specified.
• Installation of TV & Data cabling
• Electrical Maintenance of the factory.
