Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Lincolnshire is seeking an Electrician to work on domestic social housing properties. You will carry out repairs and maintenance in a multi-skilled environment, ensuring work is completed on first visit and within target times.

The role offers a standard day from 8am to 5pm, with van, tools and fuel card provided, and productivity bonuses on top of the basic pay up to £40,000.

Qualifications

• 18th edition, NVQ/C&G Level 3, 2391 or 2394/5.
• AM2 desirable.
• Experience completing repairs in domestic social housing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in a multi-skilled electrical environment.
• Diagnose remedial works and organise materials.
• Attend repairs on time and complete on the first visit within targets.
• Manage waste removal daily after works.

Job Title: Electrician

Build Recruitment are on the lookout for SkilledElectricianslooking for their next permanent opportunity to work on domestic social housing properties.

Responsibilities and duties;

• Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline
• Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these
• Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times
• As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required
• Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works

• Van, tools & Fuel card provided

Pay - £up to £40,000 basic, plus productivity bonuses

Hours - 8am til 5pm
