Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an Electrician in Sheffield to undertake electrical work on occupied and void properties on a temporary ongoing basis. The role pays £28 per hour and includes a van and fuel card with overtime potential.

The successful candidate will perform repairs, installations and upgrades, complete EICRs and testing, diagnose faults and ensure safety and regulatory compliance with BS7671 standards. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Inspection & Testing Qualification (2391).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, installations and upgrades.
• Complete EICRs, testing and certification in line with current regulations.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Ensure all work complies with BS7671 standards and health & safety requirements.
• Complete work to job specifications and agreed timescales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Electrician

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, installations and upgrades.
• Complete EICRs, testing and certification in line with current regulations.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Ensure all work complies with BS7671 standards and health & safety requirements.
• Complete work to job specifications and agreed timescales.
