Job summary

A M Hardy Electrical Ltd is currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our growing team in Hull. The role focuses on domestic electrical work with EICR testing in private and social housing and includes some commercial contracts.

You will ensure installations are safe, compliant and completed to high standards, performing testing, fault-finding, and updates to certification using a PDA system. The position requires a City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, AM2, and an ECS Gold Card.
• C&G 2391 or similar testing qualification.
• Full clean, UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out testing, fault:finding and remedial electrical work
• Replacing faulty wiring, controls, sockets and electrical components
• Upgrading domestic smoke alarm systems
• Completing site:specific health and safety risk assessments
• Identifying and reporting unsafe or non:compliant installations
• Updating job tickets and certification using a PDA system
• Working closely with other trades, planners and residents

A M Hardy Electrical Ltd is currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our growing team.

We're looking for a qualified Electrician to complete a varied role including EICR testing in private and social housing. And Electrical works across domestic and commercial Installations.

You'll work diligently ensuring every installation is safe, compliant and completed to a high standard.

The role will primarily involve domestic electrical work, with occasional commercial contracts and maintenance tasks. With most of the work in the local area, prior experience in this field is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing
