Sanctuary is seeking an Electrician to join the responsive repairs team covering Scarborough and surrounding areas. The role involves lone working, maintenance and remedial works on occupied properties, and occasional emergency repairs.

The role will involve lone working and opportunities to work as part of a team. Responsibilities include, carrying out remedial and inspection works on occupied properties, as well as attending emergency repairs. You will be provided with a company van and power tools and training will be provided as and when required. For this role you will also be required to go on the emergency OOH call out rota.
