Job summary

Coastline Housing in Cornwall is seeking 2 skilled Electricians to join our Trades, Repairs and Delivery team. You will maintain electrical systems in our properties and provide maintenance service to residents in their homes.

You should hold 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ/EAL Level 3 in Electrical Installations, a valid CSCS card, a full driving licence and a basic DBS check. You will have experience working with the public and be able to complete risk assessments and method statements.

Qualifications

• 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ/EAL Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Valid CSCS card (we will arrange if not held).
• Full driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.
• Experience working with the public and delivering good customer service.
• Ability to complete risk assessments and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical systems in our properties and provide high-quality maintenance service in residents' homes.
• Work safely and carry out risk assessments and method statements for jobs.
• Support colleagues within the Trades, Repairs and Delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

About the job

We are seeking 2 skilled and reliable Electricians to join our Trades, Repairs and Delivery team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems within our properties and providing fantastic maintenance service to our customers in their homes.You will have a good level of education and hold 2360 parts 1 & 2 or an NVQ/EAL level 3 in Electrical Installations or similar, and you will hold a valid CSCS card (if not we will put you through it). As an Electrician working within our Customers homes you will have experience of working with the public, and be able to provide excellent customer service, as well as being able to complete risk assessments and method statements so that jobs are carried out safely. You will be self-motivated, flexible with a fantastic work ethic, and be comfortable working both within a team and independently.You must have a full driving licence and have a basic DBS check for this role.Females are currently under‑represented in some of our Service Repairs teams and we are committed to improving gender balance across the organisation.
