Job description

Your new company
An award-winning property maintenance company that delivers a safe and skilled workforce, providing high-quality trades and maintenance services, and sustainable solutions to communities.
Your new role
You will be working with the responsive repairs team, delivering electrical repairs and maintenance to customers' homes. You will be completing all repairs and installs to a high standard whilst delivering first-class customer service to tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified electrician with your 18th Edition. You will need to have your 2391/45 or equivalent and be competent and electrical repairs, maintenance and testing of your own work.
In addition, you must have a full UK driving licence and be happy to take responsibility for a company-working van.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a temp to perm works contract, starting off on a 12-week probationary period before being appointed in a permanent capacity. You will receive a company van for work use only and equivalent to 28 days' annual leave accrued from the start date.
