About The Role

As part of our Technical Services mobile team, you'll work on a Major Retail contract, with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts within our expanding division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within specified timeframes to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship to ensure standards are met.
  • Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
  • Work safely at all times, complying with health and safety legislation.
  • Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the contract.
  • Support the implementation of an integrated approach for service delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Provide callout responses as per the rota, approximately once every four weeks.
Essential Hiring Criteria
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Relevant certifications: City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition
  • Experience in Facilities Management is beneficial
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent
  • First Aid certification
  • Ability to use electronic handheld devices
  • Basic IT skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
