Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a permanent Electrician to join a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering electrical testing across social housing properties in Liverpool, Warrington and the wider North West.

You will complete three EICRs per day and carry out electrical testing and inspections across occupied social housing properties, with travel throughout the North West. All equipment is provided, including a van, fuel card, test kit and uniform.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the North West.

Enjoy a permanent Electrician role with a company van, fuel card, test kit and uniform provided from day one. Join a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering electrical testing across social housing properties throughout Liverpool, Warrington and the wider North West.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking for consistent EICR work within domestic properties, with three EICRs completed per day and everything you need to carry out the work provided.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester or EICR Engineer within social housing or property maintenance.

As an Electrician, you will be:

• Travelling throughout Liverpool, Warrington and surrounding areas
• Ensuring all testing is completed accurately and to current regulations
