Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to deliver consistent EICR testing within domestic social housing across Peterborough and surrounding areas. The role includes a company van, fuel card, test kit, and uniform from day one.

You will complete three EICRs per day and travel between occupied properties, ensuring all testing complies with current regulations. A full UK driving licence is essential and domestic testing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Domestic testing and electrical inspection skills.
• Experience with EICR testing in social housing or property maintenance.
• Ability to travel across Peterborough and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking for consistent EICR work within domestic properties, with three EICRs completed per day and everything you need to carry out the work provided.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester or EICR Engineer within social housing or property maintenance.

As an Electrician, you will be:

• Completing three EICRs per day
• Carrying out electrical testing and inspections
• Working across occupied social housing properties
• Travelling throughoutPeterborough and surrounding areas
• Ensuring all testing is completed accurately and to current regulations

• Previous social housing or domestic testing experience
• A full UK driving licence
