Skilled Careers is recruiting an experienced Electrician to join our team for reactive maintenance across social housing properties in Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury. This permanent role offers a basic salary of £40,000 per year, with on-site parking and a company van and fuel card.

You will carry out reactive repairs, ensure high-quality safe work, and maintain resident satisfaction. Applicants must have NVQ3 with AM2, 18th edition and 2391, a full UK driving license and be able to pass a DBS

Qualifications

• NVQ3 with AM2, 18th edition and 2391 tests and inspection certs.
• Full UK driving license (manual).
• Pass a basic DBS check.
• Experience in reactive maintenance, ideally in social housing.

I am currently recruiting for a Skilled, Experienced and Qualified Electrician in Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury.

The Role:

Permanent position

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Repair and maintain occupied properties
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license (manual)
• Be able to pass a basic DBS check
