Position Details

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician primarily based in Wandsworth, London. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will handle reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks in domestic properties across London.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UK experience
• Basic electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs skills
• NICEIC qualifications are a plus
• Own tools
• Valid UK driving license
• 18th edition qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rewiring domestic properties
• Testing and replacing immersions and immersion stats
• Electrical testing and certification using company software
• Replacing and installing extractor fans
• Replacing CCUs
• Installing and testing internal and external lighting
• Testing and replacing electrical cookers and hobs
• Replacing storage heaters
• Upgrading office electrical installations
• Installing and maintaining emergency lighting
• Fire detection system testing and maintenance (domestic and commercial)
• PAT testing
• Replacing cooker hoods
• Running CAT5 & CAT6 cables for Ethernet
• Performing emergency 'make safe' after flooding
