Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking qualified Electricians to join a leading contractor delivering reactive maintenance, compliance and testing across social housing in the Liverpool area.

You will conduct EICRs, testing and maintenance in occupied properties, with a route to permanent employment. The role offers £25.00 per hour CIS, a company van and fuel card, weekly pay, and ongoing workload with immediate starts available across Liverpool and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is essential.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing is essential.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is essential.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and testing.

We are currently recruiting for qualified Electricians to join a leading contractor delivering reactive maintenance, compliance and testing works within social housing properties across the Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the view to becoming a permanent member of the team.

The Role

Working within occupied and tenanted social housing properties, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing, inspection, maintenance and minor installation works, ensuring all properties remain compliant and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Conducting testing and inspection of electrical installations
• Completing remedial works identified during inspections
• Minor electrical installation works
• Electrical repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
• Accurately completing certification and compliance paperwork
• Working within occupied and tenanted social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards
• Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Essential)
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (Essential)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)
• Previous experience completing EICRs and testing & inspection works
• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance and minor installation works
• Social housing experience preferred
• Experience working within occupied and tenanted properties
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and compliance requirements
