PPM Recruitment is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for social housing projects in Liverpool and the North West. You will carry out remedial electrical works, along with testing and inspection to ensure properties meet current safety standards, including voids, disrepairs and insurance-related works.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3, 2391 Testing & Inspection, 18th Edition, a full UK driving licence, and has experience in social housing.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel with a flexible attitude.
• Able to sign off work after completion of remedial tasks.
• NVQ Level 3 and relevant electrical qualifications are required.
• Experience in social housing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out remedial electrical works in social housing properties.
• Perform testing and inspection to ensure safety standards are met.
• Work on voids, insurance and disrepair projects as required.
