Regen Solutions in Leeds is seeking an experienced Electrician to handle maintenance tasks in the Social Housing sector. The position involves performing day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied and void properties throughout the Leeds area.

This temporary to permanent role offers a van and fuel card immediately. Candidates with the 18th edition, relevant certifications, and Social Housing experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 18th edition certification.
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395 certifications are required.
• Experience in Social Housing is essential.
• Full tools and a valid UK driving licence are mandatory.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Leeds area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.
