Job summary

Regen Solutions in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. The role involves day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied and void properties across the Cambridge area.

This temporary-to-permanent position offers a van and fuel card from day one and requires you to hold the 18th edition, and 2391/2394/2395 certificates, along with full tools and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 18th edition electricians qualification.
• 2391/2394/2395 certifications.
• Social Housing maintenance experience.
• Full tools for electrical work and UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive electrical repairs in occupied/void social housing properties in Cambridge.
• Perform maintenance works in the Cambridge area as part of a reputable contractor.
• Operate with a van and fuel card provided.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Cambridge area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.

Qualifications Required;

• 18th edition
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
