Regen Solution are seeking an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector around Havant. The role focuses on day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied and void properties, with a view to a permanent position.

Salary £42,000 - £48,000 with a van and fuel card provided. Immediate start available on a temporary-to-permanent basis with a reputable contractor operating across the South East.

Qualifications

• Social Housing maintenance experience preferred.
• 18th edition and inspection/testing qualifications are required.
• UK driving licence and full tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in Havant area.
• Maintain electrical systems to social housing standards.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Havant area.
