Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to cover Hull, Doncaster and Leeds for a leading Facilities Management provider. You will perform electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, emergency lighting tests and L8 inspections across modern commercial sites.

The role offers a mix of planned and reactive work with a self-managed diary, attractive overtime and progression opportunities within a long-standing facilities team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Maintenance Electrician with fault-finding skills.
• Experience in facilities management or building services is preferred.
• Strong electrical fault-finding abilities and safety focus.

Responsibilities

Location: Hull, Doncaster & Leeds

Salary: Up to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm (Flexible)

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious distribution contract covering Hull, Doncaster and Leeds.

This Maintenance Electrician role offers a great mix of planned and reactive work, a self-managed diary and the opportunity to work across modern commercial facilities with excellent overtime opportunities.

The Role

• Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• L8 compliance inspections
• Fault finding on lighting, power and socket circuits
• Minor plumbing and general fabric repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Maintenance Electrician
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
