As an Electrician, you will perform EICRs, repairs and partial rewires, ensuring full compliance and high-quality service in residents’ homes.
Location of our offices: Chesham, High Wycombe. You'll attend a few times a month for meetings, 1-1s and team catch-ups.
Mobile role: With travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding counties.
Salary: £44,819 plus excellent benefits

This is a mobile role covering our property portfolio across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and nearby areas. You’ll be provided with a van and fuel card for business use, and you’ll work as part of a supportive, values‑led organisation with a clear social purpose.

As an Electrician, you’ll carry out electrical testing, inspections and repairs across our homes, ensuring we maintain full compliance and deliver a high‑quality service. You’ll complete EICRs, emergency lighting tests, repairs and partial rewires, working with a first‑time fix approach and providing excellent customer care in residents’ homes.
You’ll work independently across a mobile patch, supported by a wider team who are committed to delivering safe, compliant and well‑maintained homes.
