Job summary

WILREC Ltd is seeking qualified Electricians to join their Gloucestershire team. You will perform EICRs, testing, inspections, and repairs across schools, care homes, social housing, and commercial premises, using tablets for digital reporting.

The role offers 42.5-hour weeks, paid overtime, a company van, and extensive training and career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification.
• Proven experience in electrical testing, inspection and maintenance.
• Confidence using tablets and digital reporting systems.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Carry out electrical testing and inspection works.
• Complete remedial, planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using electronic devices.

The Role

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for..

• Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports EICRs
• Carrying out electrical testing and inspection works
• Completing remedial, planned maintenance and reactive repairs

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations
