Salary: Up to £35,232.84, plus Company Vehicle and Great Company Benefits. We also offer an incentive scheme on this role upon completion of works.
Working hours: Full Time, Permanent role, 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30

About the Role:
Due to contract expansion, we are seeking an Electrician to join our Kitchens and Bathrooms team as an Electrical Tester.
Your responsibilities include visiting void and domestic properties on Day 1 to perform initial electrical checks ensuring safety for ongoing works, revisiting on Day 6 to sign off the electrical works after completion by the trades team, tidying up the works, and closing off plug sockets. The role involves a mix of on-site inspections and office-based paperwork and sign-offs.
You must have experience installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems and appliances, knowledge of the current IET Wiring Regulations, and the ability to install, repair, inspect, and test electrical installations, including filling out Electrical Certificates or Electrical Condition Reports correctly.
Role Criteria:
Experience in domestic and/or social housing is advantageous.
