What you’ll be doing

• - Deliver safe and compliant electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and empty properties, completing all jobs to current legislative and internal quality standards.
• - Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs or replacements efficiently, ensuring a right-first time outcome that minimises disruption for residents.
• - Complete all job data on-site in real time using hand-held IT systems, enabling live job tracking, accurate cost control, and improved performance reporting.
• - Contribute to the out-of-hours emergency rota by resolving urgent electrical faults to protect customer safety and service continuity.
• - Ensure plant, tools and vehicles are in good working order and compliant with safety standards, to prevent downtime and support job readiness.
