Job summary

Raven Housing Trust is expanding its Property & Estate Services team and is looking for two experienced Electrical Testers to join us in Brighton at this exciting time of development.

You will carry out EICRs in void properties, perform CCU replacements to meet current wiring regulations, and provide certification and compliance documentation to support audit readiness and legal compliance, with real-time data capture from on-site systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in void properties to confirm electrical safety prior to re-letting.
• Carry out CCU (Consumer Unit) replacements and remedial works to bring properties up to full compliance with current wiring regulations.
• Provide certification and compliance documentation for all electrical work to support audit readiness and legal compliance.
• Support fast turnaround of void properties by completing all required electrical tasks to an agreed timescale, enabling prompt re-letting.
• Maintain van stock levels in line with job needs and usage trends to reduce non-productive time and increase repair completion rates.
• Complete all job data on-site in real time using hand-held IT systems, enabling live job tracking, accurate cost control, and improved performance reporting.
