Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled electrician to join our team, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standard while meeting customer expectations on client sites.

You will perform electrical installation, testing, fault finding, and maintenance of LV systems, either independently or as part of a team, on various client sites across the UK. A recognised Level 3 qualification and BS7671 knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (NVQ Level 3 or AM2) or in progress.
• BS7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Electrical testing experience.
• Electrical principles and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installation on client site infrastructure in line with BS7671.
• Compliance testing of new and existing electrical systems.
• Fault finding and maintenance of LV electrical systems.
• Working independently or as part of a team on client sites.

What are we looking for?

Essential requirements

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (NVQ Level 3 or AM2) or in process of completing
• BS7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Electrical testing experience
• Electrical principles and installation methods

Other requirements

• Gold Card (Desirable)
• 2391 - 52 Award in Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations or equivalent (Desirable)
• Team player, supporting your colleagues
• Self-motivated and a flexible approach to the working environment
• Full UK manual driving license is desirable, however not essential
