Daniel Owen Ltd. seeks a qualified Electrician to join a leading social housing provider, performing electrical domestic duties across occupied and void properties in the UK.

You will handle repairs, maintenance, EICRs and remedial works, with reactive and planned tasks. Collaboration with trades and office teams ensures a high-quality service and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services is required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing required.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence required.
• Experience carrying out EICRs, remedial works and domestic electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance to electrical systems in occupied and void properties.
• Perform EICRs and remedial works to ensure compliance and safety.
• Work with other trades and office staff to deliver high-quality service.

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a leading social housing provider carrying out electrical domestic duties across occupied and void domestic properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, EICRs and any associated remedial works to achieve satisfactory outcomes, and undertaking both reactive and planned maintenance. You will work closely with other trades and office staff to deliver a high-quality service while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Requirements for the Electrician

• Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience carrying out EICRs, remedial works, and domestic electrical maintenance
