Job summary

Tulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Onshore Electricians to join our client’s team based in Westhill, near Aberdeen. This staff position covers varied commercial and industrial projects, offering ownership of projects from start to finish and potential progression into Chargehand roles.

Key duties include installing electrical systems, reading drawings, testing and fault-finding, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with supervisors and other trades.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical qualification (e.g. SVQ Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Carrying out testing, inspection, and fault-finding
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards

Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Onshore Electricians to join our client’s team based in Westhill. This is a staff position working across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for motivated individuals who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and who demonstrate the capability and ambition to progress into Chargehand roles in the future.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations
• Ability to manage work packages from start to completion
• Strong understanding of current electrical regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
