Hunter Selection is seeking an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer in Whitchurch to join a well-established manufacturing site. You will maintain and improve site equipment, reduce downtime and support production targets, applying your electrical expertise on a rotating shift pattern that includes early/late hours and Saturdays overtime opportunities.

The role offers a competitive salary (£49,683 basic with OTE £55,000+), overtime on Saturdays, and strong opportunities for ongoing technical

Formación

• Electrical qualification required and recognised.
• Experience carrying out electrical fault finding.
• Knowledge of 3-phase systems and control panels.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proactive attitude and strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to reactive maintenance breakdowns quickly and effectively.
• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance across site.
• Diagnose and fault-find electrical/electro-mechanical equipment.
• Support machinery installations, upgrades and site improvement projects.
• Update maintenance records in the CMMS.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures including risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
