Job summary

Kinetic plc in Bromborough, England, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site on a 4 on 4 off rotation (2 nights/2 days). The role is permanent with a salary of £52,000 per annum.

You will be electrically biased, with solid fault-finding capabilities and a strong manufacturing background. Day‑to‑day duties include electrical maintenance, PPMs, fault diagnostics, and supporting project work while upholding strict HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with solid manufacturing background.
• Strong fault finding capabilities.
• Experience with preventative electrical maintenance and safety inspections.
• Willingness to work 4 on 4 off shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Fixing machine faults during shifts.
• Carrying out preventative electrical maintenance and routine safety inspections.
• Fault finding and diagnostics in reactive breakdown or planned situations.
• Planned preventative maintenance on production machinery and site services.
• Ensure breakdowns are dealt with promptly while maintaining PPM schedules.
• Support project development.
• Follow HSE and company practices.
• Proactively improve ways of working.
