Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical installation activities for a busy commercial construction project in Oxford. The role combines supervision with hands-on work when required to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will lead electricians and apprentices, enforce health and safety regulations, interpret drawings, and coordinate with site and project management to deliver the project on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.

Job description
