Job summary

Rhodium Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks an enthusiastic branch assistant to support daily sales operations and customer service. The role involves counter service, phone and email inquiries, and assisting with quotes and orders.

You will work closely with the team to maintain high service levels and help in all areas of the branch. Ideally you will have electrical wholesale experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to support colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or trade counter sales.
• Ability to handle inquiries by phone and email.
• Willing to work across the branch and support staff.
• Reliable and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Serve customers on the trade counter with a friendly and helpful service.
• Work within a team, handling sales orders and customer enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Actively chasing quotes for feedback and order progression.
• Assist with supporting and training staff.
• Be a team player and help out in all areas of the branch when needed.
