Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Tutor/Assessor to deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships across practical and theoretical units. The role involves developing learning resources and organising learners’ progress documentation, with travel across Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will hold an Assessor award, a Level 3 teaching qualification and be a qualified Electrician with at least 5 years’ experience, plus a full UK driving licence and access to a

Qualifications

• Must hold an Assessor award (D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA).
• Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or above).
• Must be a qualified Electrician, Level 3 (Domestic).
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3 and short courses.
• Assist with development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to learner needs.
• Support learners to ensure readiness for End Point Assessment.
