KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Tutor/Assessor to deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships across practical and theory modules in Cambridgeshire. The role requires site/field-based delivery with flexibility for travel to learners and workplaces.

The successful candidate will hold an Assessor award, a Level 3 teaching qualification, be a qualified Electrician (Domestic) with at least 5 years' experience, and demonstrate strong communication and

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
• Must hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification: AET/PTLLS, or above.
• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.

Location: Cambridgeshire - Site/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Salary: up to £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
• Must hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification: AET/PTLLS, or above.
• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Duties include:
