Techniche Global Ltd is recruiting a General Technician Electrical Instructor to deliver electrical and electronic training to military engineering apprentices in Lyneham. The role focuses on general electrical/electronic systems, power generation/distribution, and electro-mechanical equipment within practical and classroom modules.

Requirements include British passport or settled status; training delivery, lesson planning, and materials development are core duties.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have or be working towards Cert of Education and Training Level 4.
• Relevant supervising safety qualification or IOSH is required or desirable.
• Engineering background with electronics/electrical systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver electrical and electronics training to apprentices.
• Prepare and deliver modules, lesson plans and training aids.
• Create learning materials and use Technology Enhanced Learning.
• Assist with training administration and course design processes.
• Maintain CPD portfolio and comply with safety and quality systems.
• Develop lesson plans and training to align with specs and course plans.
• Review and update course materials to reflect new tech and equipment.
• Assess trainees with exams, tests and coursework, and provide feedback.
• Monitor trainee development and report any delays or needs to Lead Trainer.
• Maintain trainee records and participate in debriefs to improve delivery.
