Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited has partnered with a leading defence contractor to recruit an Electrical Trainer (MoD). You will deliver hands‑on electrical training to military trainees, follow pre‑set lesson plans and assessments, and help progress trainees into senior roles with funded qualifications.

The role requires an HND/HNC in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and offers a 37-hour week, Monday–Friday, with a generous salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• HND or HNC in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to progress into a Trainer/Instructor role.
• Commutable to Lyneham or surrounding towns for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre‑set course materials.
• Prepare lesson plans and assess military students' results.
• Develop training content and improve course development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams.
• Mon - Fri, 37 hour week; no overtime.
