Expected to work Mon–Fri, 37 hours per week. Salary starts at £46,000 and rises to £49,000 on qualification, with a 6% pension, funded qualifications, progression routes and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• HNC / HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to progress into an off-the-tools Trainer/Instructor role.
• Commutable to Lyneham and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on electrical training to military trainees.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments.
• Monitor trainee development and uphold health and safety.
