Job summary

Barking & Dagenham College is recruiting two Trainer Coach-Electricians to join our Apprenticeships team on a full-time, 36 hours per week, permanent basis. The salary range is £39,319 p.a.- £45,052 p.a. (incl. LW), dependent on experience.

As an Electrical Installation Trainer Coach, you will support apprentices and employers, helping learners develop the skills and knowledge to succeed in the electrical sector, while enjoying a generous pension and excellent holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• As an Electrical Installation Trainer Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices and employers, supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• You’ll help apprentices develop the technical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in the industry, carrying out reviews and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• As an Electrical Installation Trainer Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices and employers, supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• You’ll help apprentices develop the technical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in the industry, carrying out reviews, assessments and progress monitoring while providing guidance and encouragement along the way.
