Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is hiring an Electrical Trainer/Assessor in Northolt with a salary of £39,000-£40,000 plus incremental pay increases, 33 days holiday and excellent benefits. Full training is provided to gain teaching or assessor qualifications and clear progression routes exist.

You will deliver and assess electrical qualifications, mentor learners, and ensure high standards of delivery, compliance and customer service while collaborating with internal teams to support course

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver structured electrical training sessions and assess learners.
• Strong focus on compliance, quality delivery and safety.
• Willingness to develop teaching/assessor qualifications if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Delivering electrical training and assessment across multiple qualifications
• Supporting learners throughout their course and assessment journey
• Conducting assessments, examinations, and providing structured feedback
• Liaising with centre teams to support course delivery and scheduling
• Maintaining assessment paperwork and compliance standards
• Preparing and maintaining safe, organised training environments
• Monday-Friday role with excellent work-life balance

• Additional electrical, renewables or mechanical scopes beneficial
