Job summary

Independent Builders Merchants Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Supervisor to lead our electrical wholesale trade counter team and drive growth. This role focuses on customer service, stock control and profitability within a busy merchanting environment.

You will manage key accounts, develop the team, and uphold safety and compliance standards while building strong relationships with trade customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or trade sales.
• Previous managerial experience in a merchanting business.
• Ability to lead a team and drive revenue.
