Job summary

Eyre & Elliston Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager for the Brighton area. You will lead and develop the local branch team to achieve sales and profit targets, backed by a proven track record in electrical wholesale management.

You will drive exceptional customer service, manage stock, purchasing and overheads, and report to the Regional Manager. The role requires confident communication with staff, customers and suppliers, plus a proactive, KPI-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in electrical wholesale management.
• Ability to motivate and lead a branch team to achieve targets.
• Confident with KPI management and reporting to regional level.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with strategy.
• Develop and manage a diverse customer base with excellent service.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing, credit control and branch admin.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policy, stock control and overheads.
• Report to the Regional Manager.
