Job summary
Service Care Solutions in Outwood, England is recruiting an Electrical Tester for a permanent post within a social housing property services team. Qualifications
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is required.
- 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing certifications are required.
- Proven experience carrying out EICRs is essential.
- Social housing or domestic maintenance experience desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Complete EICRs within occupied and void properties in line with current regulations.
- Carry out consumer unit replacements and remedial works.
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Produce NICEIC compliant certification.
- Complete responsive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Update work orders via handheld devices efficiently.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
