Qualifications

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is required.
• 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing certifications are required.
• Proven experience carrying out EICRs is essential.
• Social housing or domestic maintenance experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete EICRs within occupied and void properties in line with current regulations.
• Carry out consumer unit replacements and remedial works.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Produce NICEIC compliant certification.
• Complete responsive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Update work orders via handheld devices efficiently.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
