Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking Electrical Testers to perform EICR testing on domestic properties within the Bassettlaw/Retford area. The role offers price-work style pay of £275-£500 per day, with ongoing social housing contracts and immediate starts.

You will test, inspect, and report on occupied properties while coordinating with local allocation and ensuring safety standards are met. Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent, 18th Edition,

Qualifications

• Strong testing and fault-finding abilities required.
• EICR testing experience in social housing is preferred.
• Willingness to manage multiple properties independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EICR testing across occupied domestic properties in social housing.
• Produce detailed EICR reports for each property.
• Manage workload with multiple test and remedial tasks daily.

Please note: the company will endeavour to book continual properties for testing, however this is subject to tenant availability.

Required Qualifications
