Job summary

NRT Building Services Group in Pembrokeshire is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support social housing properties across the region. This role offers stability, long-term progression and strong earning potential with ongoing training and excellent benefits.

You will carry out repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties, complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades while ensuring BS 7671 safety standards and a high level of tenant

Qualifications

• Level 2/Level 3 electrical qualification is essential.
• Experience with social housing or domestic electrical repairs preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential)
• AM2 qualification (desirable)
• Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations

Desirable Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
• Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses
