Job summary

NRT Building Services Group in Pembrokeshire is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support social housing properties across the region. This role offers stability, long-term progression and strong earning potential with ongoing training and excellent benefits.

You will carry out repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties, complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades while ensuring BS 7671 safety standards and a high level of tenant

Qualifications

Level 2/Level 3 electrical qualification is essential.
Experience with social housing or domestic electrical repairs preferred.
Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing in social housing properties.
Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades.
Work in compliance with BS 7671 and safety standards.
Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.
