Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 2/Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification is essential.
• AM2 qualification is desirable.
• Experience in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
• Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades.
• Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.
