Job summary

NRT Building Services Group is hiring an Electrical Engineer to service social housing properties across London. The role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of £70,000 and includes a company van, fuel card, healthcare, and progression opportunities.

We seek qualified electricians with Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering and UK driving licence, ready for stable, long‑term progression in a reputable housing services provider. Willingness to train and develop is valued.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
• AM2 qualification (desirable).
• Experience in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
• Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades.
• Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.
